Adam Nach '82

Adam Nach '82 graduated from the University of Arizona in 1985 with a BS in Accounting. He currently serves as President at Lane & Nach, PC, following a distinguished legal career. Adam’s professional journey over 30 years includes working as a judicial clerk for the Federal Bankruptcy Court and a founder of the law firm of Lane & Nach, PC. He is a licensed attorney in Arizona, recognized for his expertise in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law, holding certifications from the State Bar of Arizona and the American Board of Certification.

Adam’s community engagement spans many influential organizations such as the Jewish National Fund, Valley of the Sun Jewish Community Center, and Camp Swift. He contributes to educational and youth development through the Bureau of Jewish Education, Boys and Girls Club, Junior Achievement and CARE. Adam is actively involved in many professional associations including the Commercial Receivers Association, National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, American Bankruptcy Institute and Turnaround Management Association.

During his undergraduate years, Adam was deeply involved in campus life, serving on the Arizona Students Association, Student Senate, and founding the ASUA Recycling Program. His commitment to service continued post graduation, earning recognition in the U of A President’s Club. As a fraternity member, Adam played a foundational role in the Alpha Omicron Chapter, later serving as Statutory Agent and being profiled in the Fraternity Publication.
