Mr. Nach was born in Phoenix, Arizona and received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1985 from the University of Arizona. He received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and is admitted to the Arizona State Bar. Mr. Nach was the judicial law clerk to the former Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Arizona, Robert G. Mooreman. He is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy law and creditors’ rights and has written extensively on such matters for the Norton Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the Arizona State Bar, and the National Business Institute. Mr. Nach is admitted to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

After graduating college in 1999, Nick started his professional career in New York City as a founding member of Promenet, Inc., a leading provider of IT consulting, cybersecurity, and 24 x 7 x 365 managed services with a nationwide and global reach. He currently serves as the VP of Sales, providing hands-on consulting, technical expertise, and highly personalized customer service to businesses in a variety of industries including finance, education, real estate, hospitality, and government.
On a personal level, Nick is a classically trained violinist, the father of two beautiful girls, the husband of a watch designer, and I enjoy fitness and playing competitive sports.
